We need a US Marketing Representative immediately to sell our program in the United States. The prospective US Marketing Representative will work from his or her location using a computer. This position offers high visibility and an excellent growth potential for the right person.

Description:
The US Marketing Representative will sell our program to prospective clients by telephone and video, email, and via face-to-face meetings when necessary. This is an online position with occasional travels to clients' locations. The US Marketing Representative will work from his or her own location using a computer.
The prospective candidate is an American native who speaks English as his/her mother tongue. The candidate has superior oral and written communication skills in American English.
The candidate has the ability to demonstrate initiative and handle projects independently; is highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, creativity and a positive attitude.
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree. A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable. We expect the candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience in public relations, marketing or in a related field. Experience in educational recruiting is a plus.

has New York City or its vicinity residency
possesses strong selling and negotiating skills
has 1 year experience in sales, public relations, marketing or in a related field--preferably in educational sales, along with a proven record in direct sales and marketing
has a high-end computer with multimedia devices installed: webcam and microphone, DVD and CD drives; Microsoft Vista OS
possesses computer and Internet search skills
operates Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word/Write, Access, Power Point) with a good working knowledge
capable of creating video presentations
holds a Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
The US Marketing Representative will be responsible for the sales of online recruiting services from his or her own location using the computer for clientele located in the US. The US Marketing Representative will carry out recruiting services in the following manners. He or she will:
Be responsible for meeting monthly sales quotes, for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. Be responsible for identifying and building effective centers of influence network with sales recruiters and other professionals to maximize sale.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Demonstrate complete understanding of pricing and proposal.
Demonstrate the knowledge of our program and business model, and e-learning pedagogy.
Produce video presentations by which the US Marketing Representative will introduce our services to prospective clients. For contact, the Marketing Representative will use telephone, email and video conferencing.
Demonstrate both soft and point-of-sale selling skills. The US Marketing Representative will provide clients with all necessary information on our Program: Spoken English and Writing. The US Marketing Representative will present our program orally via telephone and video conferencing, or in writing through email, or in face-to-face meetings when necessary.
Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with clients and decision makers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented in business interactions.
Skills: The prospective US Marketing Representative will:
Demonstrate superior telephone skills. He or she will communicate in US English in all modes of communications.
Demonstrate proficiency in using the computer and Internet.
